This is leftover salisbury steak with mustard, pepper jack, and spring greens on a kaiser roll. I also spread a tiny bit of cream cheese on the bun because I was worried it would get soaked.
Turns out I didn't need to worry, as it really wasn't super moist like I worried, so I actually wish I'd gone a little crazier with the mustard or maybe even other condiments. This is good, though.
