Lunch

Orzo/spinach salad and some tilapia I dredged in flour and fried.

I wish I would have put something other than salt and pepper in the flour, and also wish I would have fried it longer. Still decent, though.

I like the way the fish and front of the plate are in focus and the salad looks fifty feet away.
