Dinner

I made this Melissa d'Arabian recipe because I couldn't stop thinking about it since I watched it the other day. But I left off the cilantro because Garrett doesn't like it. It was hella good.

I've never actually broiled anything, though. I just baked at 445 degrees for 15 minutes or so. I should try the broiler, it might do interesting things with the glaze.

Oh yeah, I used red quinoa instead of white cuz that's what I had onhand.
