Manual labor weirdness

I have bruises on the backs of my hands but don't remember bonking them on anything. I swept on the roof for two hours straight yesterday, though, and I wonder if it's somehow possible to bruise the backs of your hands by putting pressure on your palms. I dunno.

I've got a sunburn on the back of my neck, and the rest of my torso is still super white. I shoulda done it shirtless.
