Brunch at the neighborhood joint

Is it normal for a bar to have an entire bar set up with pull tabs and no bottles? Seems weird.

I also don't understand why they have the urinal set up at child height.

We had a pretty good brunch, though, and they've got the electronic jukebox where you can find all kinds of weird stuff. I've mentioned that there are some shortcuts in the neighborhood; the nearest shortcut makes this place about ten minutes away instead of 20.
