The three HGTV parenting budgets

Low: We need a kitchen that opens to the living area so I can see the kids while I cook and clean.

Medium: We need a playroom, preferably in a renovated attic, so the children are safely hidden away while I run my personal shopping business.

High: I need a view of the pool area so I can see the kids from inside if I'm not at the adjacent outdoor kitchen and bar drinking margaritas. If filmed in Atlanta, add a pool house.
